Injuries reported in A330 test flight depressurisation
A depressurisation during a test flight of a new Airbus A330 that was being prepared for delivery to a customer airline has reportedly left several people injured.
Reports from France say the aircraft was being prepared for delivery to Air Mauritius and was on a test flight yesterday near Toulouse when it suddenly lost cabin pressure. Six of the 10 people on board were reportedly sent to hospital for treatment.
Air Mauritius has two A330-200s on order, according to Flight’s ACAS database.
Airbus representatives were not immediately able to confirm details of the incident.
