ANA picks Panasonic IFE for 767-300ERs, 777-300ERs
All Nippon Airways (ANA) has selected Panasonic Avionics’ eX2 audio/video on demand in-flight entertainment (IFE) system for its Boeing 767-300ER and Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
The deal is part of a larger plan at ANA to launch new products and services under the original brand concept “Inspiration of Japan” starting from February 2010 on its 777-300ER aircraft.
The carrier says it will offer 23in wide IFE screens in first class, 17in in business class, 12in in premium economy and 10.6in in economy class. And all passengers will be able to enjoy their own videos, photos and music by connecting their Apple iPod right from their seat.
