All-business Canadian startup to fly CRJ200s between Calgary and Toronto
Canadian startup Corporate Jet Air has detailed plans to launch new all-business class flights between Calgary and Toronto.
Daily morning, midday and evening nonstops will be flown using Bombardier CRJ200LRs configured with 18 passenger seats instead of the standard 50.
A launch date has not been identified, but the Calgary-based parent company of Coporate Jet Air Corpac Canada says in a statement that the airline will target business travellers.
The executive team at the carrier is headed b Corpac president Jeff Miller and airline veteran Roger Cross, who serves as VP and general manager. Cross has more than 20 years of industry experience, and is also an aircraft maintenance engineer licensed by Transport Canada and FAA.
“This is an exciting milestone for us and we have worked for a long time to get to this point,” says Cross. “The Corporate Jet Air product is a unique and innovative concept - one that will raise the bar for the air travel industry
