Airbus seals Laupheim site sale with Diehl/Thales

Airbus has finalised the sale of its Laupheim cabin interiors plant to its preferred bidder, a partnership between Diehl and Thales, under a deal which includes major packages of A350 XWB work.

PICTURE: First Airbus A319 prepared for delivery to Gulf Air

The first Airbus A319 for Gulf Air is being prepared for delivery by Skyservice Airlines at its Toronto base. The five-year-old CFM International CFM56-powered, International Lease Finance owned aircraft will join Bahrain-based Gulf Air’s existing Airbus single-aisle fleet that comprises 10 A320s and two A321-200s.
